Refund Policy

We want you to know exactly what you are paying for before you pay.

Free trial

Every Orbelyn plan starts with a 3-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

Cancelling

Subscriptions are billed on the web through Stripe, so you cancel them there, not through the App Store or Google Play. Sign in and go to Profile → Manage subscription to cancel in your account, or email support@orbelyn.app from your account email and we will cancel it for you. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

If you were charged and did not mean to be, for example you forgot to cancel a trial or you see a duplicate charge, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We review every request in good faith and refund when it is reasonable. Renewal charges are otherwise non-refundable for periods you have already used.

How to ask

Email support@orbelyn.app with the email address on your account. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
