Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Orbelyn collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account: your email address.
• Profile: your first name, birth date, birth time and city (to calculate your chart), and the optional answers you give during setup, such as gender, relationship status and occupation.
• Usage: your chat messages and the readings saved to your inbox, your daily streak, and your plan.
• Your birth details and your chat messages are stored on our servers, so we can show your chart, readings and chat history.
• Technical and marketing data: device and browser information, and campaign parameters (such as UTM tags and Meta click IDs) from the link that brought you here.

How we use it

• To create your chart and personalize horoscopes, tarot and chat replies.
• To sign you in, run subscriptions and provide support.
• To measure and improve our ads and the app, including with the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API.
• In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland (and where we cannot tell your location), we only use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API if you accept cookies. Elsewhere they are on by default and you can opt out in the cookie notice. Your gender and relationship answers are optional and are never sent to Meta or used for ad targeting.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• Stripe processes all payments. It receives your email and payment details; we never see your full card number.
• AI providers may process the text of your chat messages and chart details to generate replies.
• Meta receives events such as page views and trial starts, and may receive a hashed email, to measure advertising.
• Hosting and email providers help us run the service and send your sign-in links.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop marketing measurement, by emailing support@orbelyn.app. Residents of California and other US states may have additional rights, and we honor valid requests.

Retention and security

We keep your data while your account is active and delete it when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep it. We use reasonable technical measures to protect it, but no system is perfectly secure.

Children

Orbelyn is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
